What are tickets?
Tickets are needed to convert your drawings. Each conversion uses 1 ticket.
How many free tickets do I get?
New users receive 5 free tickets to get started. From time to time, we may also run promotional campaigns offering bonus tickets. You'll be notified via push notification if one is available.
Are my images stored on the server?
No. Neither your original sketches nor the converted illustrations are stored on our server. Images are only saved on your device.
How do I purchase tickets?
Tap the ticket icon in the app and choose your preferred pack (Small, Medium, or Large).
What if the conversion fails?
If a conversion fails, your ticket is automatically refunded. Please check your network connection and try again.
What happens to my tickets if I reinstall the app?
Your ticket balance is stored on our server and will be automatically restored on the same device.
Can I restore purchases?
Tickets are consumable and cannot be restored, but your balance is securely stored on our server.
