1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS application "Esugoi" ("the App") provided by UNVELL Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

The App is a service that transforms user's hand-drawn sketches into colorful illustrations using AI technology. Converted illustrations are placed on a canvas with animations, and the transformation process can be shared as a video.

3. Ticket System

  • "Tickets" are required to convert sketches. Each conversion consumes 1 ticket.
  • New users receive 5 free tickets upon first use.
  • Additional tickets can be purchased as consumable in-app purchases.
  • Tickets are consumable and non-refundable after purchase.
  • Ticket balances are managed on our server, linked to your device ID.
  • If a conversion fails, the ticket is automatically refunded.
  • We may occasionally offer free tickets as part of promotional campaigns. Such promotions are entirely at our discretion and are not a guaranteed feature of the App.

4. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Apple's standard EULA (End User License Agreement) and App Store Terms of Service apply to all purchases.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use the App to generate inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
  • Obtain or manipulate tickets through unauthorized means
  • Place excessive load on the service infrastructure
  • Infringe on the rights of other users or third parties

6. Content Filtering

The App implements keyword filtering to discourage the generation of inappropriate content. However, due to technical limitations, filtering cannot guarantee the complete prevention of all inappropriate content.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Intellectual property rights in the App and its content belong to us.
  • Rights to sketches you create belong to you.
  • AI-generated illustrations may be freely used for personal, non-commercial purposes. For commercial use, please contact us.

8. Disclaimer

  • We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated results.
  • We are not liable for damages caused by service interruptions or failures.
  • We are not responsible for issues arising from content created or shared by users.

9. Service Changes and Termination

We may change or terminate the service without prior notice. Unused tickets are non-refundable upon service termination.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
